
Mindfulness meditation has been found to be helpful in the treatment of children and "adolescents with ADHD, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, depression, and stress". Kids can learn to observe thoughts and feelings, they learn that we are not our thoughts. This is the most valuable lesson anybody can learn. It helps our kids make better choices and will help them achieve their highest potential. That is the goal of Young Talent Yog and meditation.
